We’re looking for determined, passionate and organised people to join Prospect Connect full time as Business Development Executives. Our company generates quality sales opportunities for the businesses that we represent, and we’re looking for hardworking, honest and confident people to join our team of BDEs.

The role will require you to be proactive and persuasive, independent and innovative, with the initiative to really drive the company, and our clients, forward. You will be talking to business owners and other decision makers, introducing products and services for a number of our partners.

You should be upbeat, with a professional and friendly attitude both on the floor and on the phone, and not be frightened of hard work and rejection. We take pride that our staff are team players; and confidence when speaking to new people, and a keen eye for detail are critical for our business.

Duties and responsibilities

You will be based in our office in the Crewe Business Park, working weekdays. You will need to identify and discuss our clients’ products and services with decision makers, to work and nurture these leads that you generate. We will also require you to build rapport, to establish a healthy pipeline and long lasting relationships with our clients, exciting prospects to the point of closing.

We offer a competitive commission structure, which is decided and paid monthly. We also offer ongoing training, provided on site, and you will have the opportunity to work, grow, and develop as we grow as a business.

Salary

£16,000 - £18,000/year (OTE £23,000)

Hours

Full Time 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
