Business Development Excutive

Hours: Full time: 9am - 5pm, Monday – Friday - No weekends!

    What will you be doing/is this role for you?

    Your working days are Monday to Friday, based at our friendly office in Crewe. You will be joining the team as one of our valued Business Development Executives generating quality sales opportunities for our valued clients from across a diverse range of industry sectors that we are proud to represent. Training and education is ongoing, learning new skills, gaining knowledge on the projects you are dedicated to is important to us and our clients. We are not a “call centre”!! we do not use diallers!! We are an established sales and marketing agency who pride ourselves that all our team are natural on the telephone when engaging with other businesses. Bringing to life your personality, our client's services and products cannot be achieved by reading from a script!! “people buy from people”.

  • Business-to-Business lead generation and sales prospecting
  • Outbound cold calling, gathering sales intelligence, inbound calls
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunity
  • Engaging in meaningful business conversations with key decision makers
  • Updating records on our CRM
  • Introducing/Selling products or services on behalf of our clients

    In return for your dedication to sales, in addition to great training and career opportunities, we will offer you:

    • £17-£21k per year basic salary (based on experience) We also offer a competitive commission structure, which is decided and paid monthly
    • 37.5 hours per week work, Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm (typically 9-5), based in our office in the Crewe Business Park
    • A generous paid holiday entitlement of 20 days per annum plus bank holidays
