Full time sales opportunity based on Crewe Business Park

We’re looking for hardworking, honest and confident people to join our sales and marketing team. This is a great opportunity for determined and passionate people to join Prospect Connect, full time as a Business Development Executive.

What will you be doing/is this role for you?

Your working days are Monday to Friday, based at our call centre in Crewe. You will be working as one of our Business Development Executives generating quality sales opportunities for the businesses that we represent, you will give you full training on how to handle the calls, so you are confident and have the tools to be able to give all callers a great customer service experience.

The role will require you to be proactive and persuasive, independent and innovative, with the initiative to really drive the company, our clients, forward. You will be talking to business owners and other senior people in an organisation; introducing products and services for our partners.

In return for your dedication to sales, in addition to great training and career opportunities, we will give you:

£17-£21k per year basic salary (based on experience) We also offer a competitive commission structure, which is decided and paid monthly
• 37.5 hours per week work, Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm (typically 9-5), based in our office in the Crewe Business Park
• A generous paid holiday entitlement of 20 days per annum plus bank holidays
